COSMOPLAST 500
CA Adhesive
1-Component adhesive that dries in seconds for sealing profiles made of APTK/EPDM. The sealing of butt and mitre joints is quick, secure and durable. COSMOPLAST 500 is also suitable for bonding sealing profiles to hard PVC or aluminium
profiles.
3 Standard viscosities are available:
COSMOPLAST 500 with 30 mPa.s
COSMOFEN CA 12 with 70 mPa.s
COSMOPLAST 500L with 120 mPa.s
Special settings are also available on request

COSMOFEN PLUS is suitable for quick, constructional bonding of hard PVC materials like water bars, additional profiles and strips, blind components, gutters or pipes.Special adhesives are available for special applications such as combining material like hard PVC and Renolit surfaces or for bonding coextruded profiles (trocal, gealan).COSMOFEN PLUS HV is also available in white.COSMOFEN PLUS HV is mainly used for assembly bonding.

COSMOKLAR
Maintenance Set
We offer a maintenance set for the maintenance and preservation of windows. It comes with COSMOKLAR Cream cleaner, Gasket maintenance stick and Fitting oil as standard. The contents can be varied on request, and could be filled out with cleaning tissues, glass scrapers, graphite powder etc. COSMOKLAR Cleaning milk and COSMOKLAR aluminium polish can be combined to form a cleaning set. The Maintenance set comes packed in a strong cardboard box ready to be posted. For advertising reasons the 250ml bottles come in sets of 250. The bottles can be labelled with individual customer addresses; an affordable and efficient advertisement for your brand.
Casks/Packaging:
All COSMOKLAR cleaners are available in 500ml bottles, 5l and 10l canisters as standard. Special packages for advertising purposes (bottles from 250ml to 1000ml) are available on agreement at any time.

Special cleaner
Tenside Cleaner, solvent-free, especially for sensitive Surfaces, e.g. laminated aluminium profiles and decorative grained wood profiles. It cleans without leaving streaks on glass, metal and plastic surfaces. COSMOKLAR COLOR is pH-neutral, anti-bacterial, fungicide equipped and contains substances, which are gentle on the skin.

Non-dissolving PVC cleaner
with anti-static agent, especially for processing and assembly cleaning of PVC windows. Particularly good for removing residue from protection foils and also not corroding laminated profiles. The anti-static agent prevents the window profiles from attracting dirt so quickly.

COSMOFEN DUO
2-part PUR Adhesive
2-Part adhesive in easy to use dual cartridge. Mixing ratio 1:1. Tested by ift-Rosenheim (Test report No. 50924109/1) on the tensile strength of bonding corner angles in aluminium compound profiles.
The binder and hardener are mixed together using a static mixing tube and injected directly into the profile chamber or hole.
Pot time 60min application time; in the mixing tube approx 45min.
Available in priming colours beige or white.
Accessories: Static mixing tubes.

1-part Adhesive Systems for Corner Angle Bonding

1-part PUR-Adhesive
1-part adhesive, which sets, hardens and slightly foams up after the addition of moisture.
Apart from bonding corner angles in aluminium window construction, this adhesive can also be used for bonding wood/aluminium compounds as well as mitre cuts in PUR-PVC window construction. Tested by ift-Rosenheim (Test report No. 50924109/2) on the tensile strength of bonding corner angles in aluminium compound profiles.
